Shipping Policy:

Free FedEx 2 Days shipping on domestic orders but cannot ship to any P.O. Box.
International shipping available to select countries!
Custom orders and Items out of stock typically take 1-2 weeks before shipping. Items in stock will ship out within 1-5 days.
Any order with engraving or personalized Items typically take 1-2 week(s) to make and will be shipped out as soon as we finished the production.
Orders over $200 require adult signature for delivery.
Rush orders or in stock items may ship faster, please contact us or email hello@skcustomjewelry.com for availability.

Return Policy:

All engraved or custom pieces, and international orders are final sale.
14-Day Returns/Exchanges For Domestic Orders (return shipping fee will be required)
International orders are final sale. However, for orders placed within the European Union (EU), we comply with applicable consumer protection laws and honor valid withdrawal requests in accordance with EU regulations. We offer a 14-day return window on all items, except for personalized, custom, or engraved products, which are not eligible for return. EU customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will issue the refund after receiving the return. All items must be in original condition.
