We can reproduce any design for your stone, modify or combine elements of our previous designs to create your own unique design. For timeframe, the full process typically takes 1-6 weeks from start to finish.

To begin the custom process, we require an initial $250 deposit toward your project or payment on our ready CAD service that is available for you to checkout. Once received, our team will start the CAD design process (3D Modeling) and email you the Initial Renderings for you to review. This process typically take 1-5 days.

Please note that, as each design is meticulously crafted to your specifications, the initial deposit or CAD Service is non-refundable, reflecting the time, expertise, and artistry dedicated to developing your custom piece.

Creating the Jewelry You've Always Desired:
After receiving your confirmation to proceed the production of your design, we require an additional 30% deposit toward your project. Once received, we start the production of your project and bring your vision to life.

The production stage typically takes 2 weeks to complete.

Final Payment, Quality Confirmation & Secure Shipping:

Once your custom jewelry piece is completed, we will email your final balance invoice along with a detailed video showcasing your finished design. Our team will confirm your shipping address and coordinate a delivery time that works best for you. Local pickup is also available upon request.

All custom jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day delivery, fully insured for your protection, and require a signature upon arrival to ensure safe and secure delivery.
