We offer a full range of custom services, including unique designs, special orders, and redesigns based on your ideas. We can recreate existing designs for your stone, modify details, or combine elements from previous pieces to create a completely unique design tailored to you.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re here to help—whether you need guidance, ideas, or want to develop a concept together.

The full process typically takes 1–6 weeks to complete, from start to finish.

To begin the custom process, we require an initial deposit toward your project or payment for our ready CAD service.
Once received, our team will begin the 3D CAD design process and email you initial renderings for review within 1–5 business days. This allows us to refine your design and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
Please note that, as each design is custom-made to your specifications, the initial deposit and CAD service are non-refundable, reflecting the time, expertise, and craftsmanship dedicated to developing your custom piece.

Creating the Jewelry You’ve Always Desired:
Once you confirm to proceed with production, we require an additional 30% deposit toward your project.
Once received, we begin the production process and bring your design to life with precision craftsmanship.
The production stage typically takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.

Final Payment, Quality Confirmation & Secure Shipping:
Once your custom jewelry piece is completed, we will email your final balance invoice along with a detailed video showcasing your finished design. Our team will confirm your shipping address and coordinate a delivery time that works best for you. Local pickup is also available upon request.
All custom jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day delivery, fully insured for your protection, and require a signature upon arrival to ensure safe and secure delivery.
