What is Layaway and how does it work at SK Custom
Jewelry?
Layaway makes it easy for you to buy your jewelry that you want by paying for them through manageable payments that you set. There is no fee for Layaway. You have the freedom to make your payments as it works for you. Layaway orders make it easy to purchase without credit check or interest. The item is not shipped until full payment has been made.
Layaway is subject to the following conditions:
- SK Custom Jewelry agrees to hold your Layaway items until full payments have been made for the time period specified in Layaway Period. If the merchandise is not paid in full within the layaway period, merchandise will be returned to stock and the deposit and payments is non-refundable.
- Merchandise will be returned to stock and deposit along with payments for forfeited if Layaway account is not kept active at least every 30 days.
- If the order is canceled, altered, or
returned the deposit is non-refundable. - SK custom Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
How long can I have an item in layaway?
Length of Layaway is maximum of 2 months.
Can I have multiple layaway accounts?
No. We limit the number of layaways you may have.
Are there any set-up or cancellation fees?
There is no set-up fee, however if the order is canceled, altered, or returned the deposit is non-refundable.
How much do I have to pay to start my layaway?
A deposit of at least 25% of the total price of your order is required!
How to start:
1. Select the items you want to purchase
2. Add the items to shopping basket
3. Send or contact us at hello@skcustomjewelry.com and
provide the item list from the shopping basket and payments terms. (If you need
assistance, please let us know).
4. We will provide a non-refundable deposit payment link for you to submit your payment along with the Layaway terms.
5. Once you confirmed and submitted your payment, you will receive a deposit receipt. Your order will be created and will be sent via email.
6. Once all payments have been received, we will ship your product(s).
7. An email with your tracking information will be automatically sent once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct. If you believe you mistyped your email at check out, please contact us at hello@skcustomjewelry.com so we can assist you.
