PLACING AN ORDER
- All Items can be ordered in sterling silver,white, yellow, & rose gold.
- All items can be modified to meet your specifications. (model fees may apply)
- Items that are in stock will ship out within 1-5 business days.
- Items out of stock, maybe take 1-2 weeks for processing depending on style.
- Custom orders will take approximately 1-2 weeks for completion. Made to Order items take approximately 1-2 weeks to create and then ship to you. Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via FedEx 2Day at no cost to you. Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.
- Simple modifications to existing styles may incur only minimal model making fees.
- For custom jewelry & CAD design services, realistic renderings are usually emailed within 48 hours.

- SK Custom Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for typographical & publishing errors.
- We reserve the right to make any billing corrections in the event of a billing error.

SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS OVER $100
- We provide free shipping to US orders within the United States but cannot ship to any P.O. box.
- We ship all orders for USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business day) or Fedex 2 Days fully insured. You may choose to hold the package for pickup at a shipping location instead for no extra cost. Funds must be cleared into our account before we will ship your package out to you.
- All Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
- Shipping times are estimates. In rare cases, delays out of our control may occur.
- If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we are not liable if the order goes missing. SK Custom Jewelry is not liable to refund or replace the order.
- Before shipped out, all items receive final quality assurance and cleaning. We will provide your tracking numbers and keep you up to date on your order status , and you can always contact us!
- An email with your tracking information will be automatically sent once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct. If you believe you mistyped your email at check out, please contact us at hello@skcustomjewelry.com so we can assist you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Customer is solely responsible for the custom taxes, duties or any charges imposed by the customer's country.
- We do not have any control over actual delivering time. It is purely depended on the shipping company.
damage
- We fully insure each order all the way to you. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering.
- Each SK Custom Jewelry is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your jewelry when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
RETURNS
Before you ship any item back to us, please contact us.
- All returns/exchanges for domestic orders must be made within 14 days of invoice.
- International orders are final sale.
- No refunds will be granted without return authorization.
- All returns must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and any paperwork that it came with. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item (it must be in original condition), and we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All engraved Pieces, Custom orders and CAD Services are non-refundable.
- SK custom jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
RETURN A PACKAGE TO SK CUSTOM JEWELRY,LLC :
If you need to return an item to SK Custom Jewelry,LLC for a full-refund, or ring sizing, there are several steps you should follow to make sure your package is fully insured. To obtain an insured return label, please email us. (Please note: You will be required to pay for your return shipping label.) Your return label will be e-mailed to you, which you should print out to use on your return shipment. Please make sure to double box your shipment. To do this:
- Include all original packaging, your return packing slip, and any diamond certificates. If the diamond certificate is not returned, $150 will be withheld from your refund.
- Enclose your jewelry item(s) inside the original jewelry box.
- Place the jewelry box (containing your jewelry) inside a shipping box. We recommend using the original shipping box from your order, or you may acquire a FedEx box from your local FedEx store.
- Place the return packing slip inside the shipping box with the jewelry.
- Once the items are placed in a larger shipment box, seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.
- For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the package.
- Drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. SK Custom Jewelry, LLC and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations.
- Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
- If you decide to use a different shipping method you can ship it back by any carrier, however you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. For your protection, please ship your item fully secured with a signature required upon delivery and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached SK Custom Jewelry. SK Custom Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item.
- Receipt and inspection time may take up to seven (7) business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
